I declare that I am over 21 years of age and that I wish to enter the above yacht for the 2007 Solo Trans-Tasman Yacht Race. In the event of my yacht being accepted I agree:

that the sponsors and organisers of the race shall have no liability either to me or to my estate for any accident, negligence or loss arising consequent upon my entry and participation in the said race.

to indemnify the sponsors and the organisers of the race in respect of any liability or loss whatsoever and howsoever consequent upon my entry and participation in the said race; whether such liability or loss shall be incurred in respect of myself, the above yacht, third parties, another entrant in the said race or in any other respect.

I accept the rules and conditions of entry to the race and jurisdiction of the organisers on all matters to do with the eligibility and disqualification.
I have fulfilled conditions of rule 6 for the above race.
I accept the jurisdiction of the organisers on all matters to do with trophies and awards.
I agree to assist the organisers by doing all I can to send back position and condition reports during the race.
I agree to make myself available for sponsor's commitments prior to the race start.
I agree to send the sum of $NZ120 as a booking fee for the race and the remaining $NZ (to be advised) on the confirmation of my entry by the organisers.
I agree to send the balance of the entry fee of $NZ240 on confirmation of my entry by the organisers.

The next Solo Trans-Tasman Race is to be held: 8 April 2007.
