PANTHER (John Burns)

Description

Panther is a 1968 Sparkman and Stephens designed (Olin Stephens) sloop (now converted to cutter) to compete in the One Ton Series.

Built by Salthouse Bros in Auckland from Kauri splined planks with a teak deck over ply. Length 36ft 3 7/8 inches or about 11.06 meters.

John has owned Panther since 1989 and since then have gradually equipped her for single handed sailing.
